| - Building Supervisor (full-time) Please quote Creative Lancashire in any correspondence with this potential employer Email maryann@thestorey.co.uk Remunerations £10,000 - £20,000 Building Supervisor (full-time) Location: The Storey Creative Industries Centre, Lancaster Salary: circa £15,000 The Storey Creative Industries Centre is seeking an experienced Building Supervisor. This is a full-time position (37.5 hours) with a flexible working pattern, to include regular evenings and weekends. This role is critical as part of the team, helping to establish The Storey as an exciting, regionally significant cultural and economic venue. Main responsibilities include: Being a key holder, opening and closing the building for some events and activities. Porterage duties. Basic maintenance and running repairs Overseeing external contractors The ideal candidate will be proactive, with the ability to think on their feet, and resolve facilities issues. They must be confident in dealing with people at all levels, have excellent interpersonal skills and be prepared to take on a variety of tasks. Experience in managing a similar building is an advantage.
