International pavement artist, Julian... International pavement artist, Julian Beever, created a one off chalk drawing inside Higherford Mill, Barrowford to mark the end of the LAND project. The LAND project was managed by Mid Pennine Arts.

Higherford Mill is owned and managed by the Heritage Trust of the North West.
